Bobby Taninchev is the owner and Executive Chef of Bobby’s Café & Catering.  Bobby has a Bachelor of Science  degree in Hospitality Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and many years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as the owner of Twisp Café in Liberty Lake.  He moved to the Spokane area in 2009 with his wife and co-owner, Stacy Taninchev, who is a professor at Gonzaga University.  Bobby’s Café & Catering offers a wide variety of cuisines, including Bobby’s specialty of Mediterranean-inspired food.
